Dear Owners & Tenants!
It’s time our old and worn Wastepipes must have a thorough treatment, so we make sure we don't get unpleasant and smelly leaks or breaks in our apartments.
As agreed at our “Generalforsamling”, it is Aarsleff who is responsible for the project, in collaboration with us, our caretaker Richard and our construction consultant.
We are in the process of completing the final time planning, which is expected to be ready in week 50. Start-up is expected in 2025 week 2 at Indre Ringvej 21, with preparations in week 1.

REMEMBER:
- The project must be completed with access to ALL apartments and commercial tenancies.
- Our Wastepipes are in critical condition and the project is absolutely necessary.
- The project is to YOUR advantage and ensures your future use of your apartment.
- Handling of access to your apartment is done properly – also the handling of keys, in case you cannot be present every day in the process.
- Our supplier is professional and highly experienced in this process and in handling safe access with respect for homes and objects.
- As always in such projects, delays may occur due to unforeseen events or obstacles. Everyone is interested in minimizing these.
- Aarsleff will, in addition to our information, continuously inform you about the process.
We hope for your goodwill and cooperation and will of course do everything we can for a problem less process. As soon as we have further information, we will inform you.
