You must hand in your key in the envelope with the key tag to the caretaker, which both he and Aarsleff will handle with the utmost respect.

If the key is not delivered on December 20, 2024, we will ask a locksmith to give the craftsmen access at the time of the project, in accordance with our statutes §15, subsection 2, at the owner's expense.

Bathroom and toilet facilities will be set up along the driveway in the inner courtyard, as well as various equipment vans. These will be moved as the project progresses. If you have difficulty walking, please contact the caretaker for alternative options.

Aarsleff will provide you with more practical information, regarding what you need to do when starting up in your apartment, what access to pipes/drainage is necessary, etc. You will also be able to find the same information on our website.

Working hours will be on weekdays from 07:00 – 18:00.

All information will, in addition to paper distribution and the website, be found on the noticeboards in the hallways.

REMEMBER:

• The project must be carried out with access to ALL apartments and commercial premises.
• Our fall arrest systems are in critical condition and the project is absolutely necessary.
• The project is for YOUR benefit and ensures the future use of your apartment.
• Access to your apartment is handled responsibly – including key handling.
• Our supplier is professional and highly experienced in the process and in handling safe access, respect for homes and objects.
• As always in such projects, delays may occur due to unforeseen events or obstacles. Everyone is interested in minimizing these.
