This is an example of an information letter regarding our Wastepipe renovation. This information letter will be posted on your front door a few days before Aarsleff need access to your apartment.

(First week)

Monday in week ?? 2025 and the week ahead, the preparatory work for the stocking lining work will begin.

Before 07:30, you must ensure that

• The bathroom floor must be cleared of loose objects.
• To access the floor drain, there must be at least 40 centimeters to the bottom of the bathroom cabinet. If there is less, the cabinet must be emptied.
• The kitchen cabinet under the sink must be emptied.

We will place covering cardboard in the hallway leading to the bathroom and kitchen. The floor area leading to these 2 places must be cleared of objects.

When we carry out the actual cleaning of your waste pipe, your drain will be out of service for 1-2 hours.

Toilet/bathroom trolleys will be set up along the driveway in the inner courtyard that can be used while the renovation is taking place.

The keys to the toilet/bathroom trolleys will be hanging on a key board by the stairwell (door to the yard).

Our working hours are from 07:30 to 18:00.

(Second week)

Monday in week ?? 2025 the actual lining work will start.

It is very important that you do not use your drains this week, as the pipes must be completely dry when we install the linings.

WHEN YOUR DRAIN IS OUT OF OPERATION IT IS MARKED WITH A STOP SIGN. A note will also be left when the drains can be used again.

We expect to be finished with the actual lining work by the end of the week, any deficiencies will be made immediately after the renovation is complete.
